Lagoonies

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9.15am I run ladies only sessions. We meet at Hove Lagoon just after school drop off and the session usually takes 45 mins so its done and dusted and you can get on with your day at 10am. The sessions are for anyone looking to get back into fitness and can't bare the thought of going into a gym! Everyone trains at their own level and acieves their own goals. I am on hand for encouragment and a little push to do a bit more! I also offer nutrtion advice for anyone looking to lose a few pounds or to fit into that dress!!!! We are a friendly bunch so come down and see what you think.
